Deposit
Within 10 days of booking your hunt, 50% of your total hunt is required to hold your dates. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival at the lodge. This is non-refundable, but if you cannot make it due to unavoidable circumstances, the deposit can be put towards a future hunt.

Deposits are non transferable.
If a hunter cannot make the trip it is acceptable to replace them with someone else, as long as the party size remains the same. If you can’t make the hunt and can’t find a replacement, you forfeit your deposit.
